Land Sterling is a global real estate consultancy firm, and as our IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for our KSA office while collaborating with our IT team in Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing IT support for employees and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Setting up workstations, configuring email accounts, and ensuring secure system access.
• Managing Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, etc.).
• Overseeing network infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and backup processes.
• Collaborating with the Dubai IT team to enhance system efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Expertise in Google Workspace Services.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
