The Leasing Executive is responsible for executing the leasing strategy for our clients where applicable. The role ensures high occupancy rates, optimal rental income, and superior tenant satisfaction through market analysis, client relationship management, and effective lease administration.
Responsibilities
Leasing Management
Implement and support leasing strategies for retail shops, F&B units, and large event venues.
Perform regular market research to benchmark lease rates and propose competitive pricing.
Handle inquiries, site tours, tenant screening, and preparation of lease proposals and agreements.
Participate in lease negotiations and finalize commercial terms in coordination with senior management.
Maintain leasing documentation and ensure accurate records are captured in property management systems.
Monitor lease expiry schedules and lead timely renewals or re-leasing efforts.
Tenant Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective tenants.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure client and tenant spaces meet agreed standards before handover.
Reporting & Compliance
Track and report leasing activity, occupancy trends, and rental income performance.
Ensure all leasing practices comply with company policies and local regulations.
Support the handover process and onboarding of new tenants, including due diligence, documentation, and fit-out coordination.
Collaboration
Work closely with the property, marketing, and legal teams to support promotional campaigns and leasing events.
Liaise with finance for invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of rental payments.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in mixed-use, retail, or commercial real estate.
Experience with venue leasing or event space management is a must.
Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate market dynamics, and legal documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software (e.g., Yardi, SAP RE, MRI).
