We are looking for a professional and results-driven Property Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of residential and/or commercial properties, while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
Promote and market property listings through various channels (online portals, social media, events, etc.).
Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and available properties in accordance with their needs and budget.
Conduct property viewings and site inspections with prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales or lease agreements in line with company policies and market practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KSA real estate laws, regulations (including Ejar system), and local market trends.
Prepare and manage required documentation, including contracts, offers, and agreements in compliance with Saudi legal standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and secure transaction processes.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience in property or real estate sales within Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and platforms (e.g., Ejar, Absher, Sakani, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and a valid Saudi driving license.
Real estate license or registration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), if applicable.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and property listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Aqar, Haraj).
Experience in dealing with luxury properties or international clients is a plus
