Land Sterling is seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Valuation Manager to lead our valuation team in Riyadh. This role involves managing property valuation assignments across various asset classes and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage property valuation projects from start to finish
- Prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS/IVS standards
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Conduct site inspections and market research
- Mentor and supervise junior valuation staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property valuation
- RICS-certified (or working toward certification) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate market
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
