Job Purpose:

The Strategic Consulting Manager will lead and deliver high-level advisory projects that support clients in making informed business decisions. The role involves market research, strategy formulation, and direct engagement with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic consulting projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis
• Develop business strategies and implementation plans
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare presentations, reports, and deliverables to executive audiences
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting or business advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a consulting firm or real estate advisory firm
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and Vision 2030 projects
• Certification in project management or strategy (PMP, CMC, etc.)
