Job Purpose:

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for supporting project management teams in coordinating technical information, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. This role ensures that all project-related technical aspects are tracked, reviewed, and delivered in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage technical documentation, drawings, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow.

Track project progress and highlight any delays or issues related to technical deliverables.

Maintain an organized system for project correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.

Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action logs.

Assist in reviewing shop drawings and materials submittals in coordination with the engineering team.

Ensure all technical records are properly stored and accessible in compliance with company standards.

Assist in quality control tracking and technical compliance documentation.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar role within project management or construction.

Strong knowledge of technical documentation, drawing management, and construction coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, consultancy, or construction firms in Saudi Arabia.

Familiarity with local authority submission requirements and regulations.

Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus.
