The Valuation Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the valuation team. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, valuers, and internal departments to facilitate timely delivery of valuation reports and maintain organized documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role (preferably in real estate or consulting).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Experience working with valuation software or CRM tools.
Familiarity with RICS standards and valuation processes.
Previous experience in a real estate consultancy or property firm.
