Valuation Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Valuation Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the valuation team. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, valuers, and internal departments to facilitate timely delivery of valuation reports and maintain organized documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the valuation department.
  • Track valuation assignments, deadlines, and submission dates.
  • Communicate with clients to gather required documents and schedule property inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of valuation requests, projects, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, engagement letters, and final valuation reports.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, updated, and archived.
  • Liaise with the finance department for invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Support the valuation team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role (preferably in real estate or consulting).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with valuation software or CRM tools.

Familiarity with RICS standards and valuation processes.

Previous experience in a real estate consultancy or property firm.
